Youth-Led.

Power belongs in young hands.

We help young people build, lead, and grow the work they care about — across causes they pick themselves.

Our Mission

Young people don’t need permission to lead — they need tools, time, and trust. Youth-Led exists to put those in their hands.

We work alongside young organizers, founders, and creators across causes they pick themselves. Whether the work is climate, education, mental health, or something nobody’s named yet, the principle is the same: the people closest to a problem are the ones best positioned to solve it.

Our role is structural. We provide the infrastructure, the funding, and the room to think — and the work itself stays in the hands of the young people doing it.

How It Works

Three commitments shape everything we do:

Trust by default. When a young person tells us what they need, we believe them. Adult oversight is the exception, not the rule.

Long horizons. Youth-led work doesn’t fit neatly into quarterly reports. We fund and support multi-year arcs so projects have room to mature without performing for funders.

Public infrastructure. Templates, playbooks, and tools we build are open by default — so the next young person who needs them doesn’t have to start from scratch.

Get Involved

There are two ways to plug in.

If you’re under 25 and have an idea you want to build, email us with a paragraph about what you’re working on. We respond within a week.

If you want to support the work, the most useful thing is sustained funding — small recurring contributions that let us commit to multi-year projects. Learn how to support.

We don’t have a public application form on purpose. Conversations work better.
